  I absolutely adore this director! You are so supportive of your dancers, even though they are “professionals”. We all need validation! And every dancer still needs positive corrections no matter how experienced they are. I get the feeling you make these young people feel very safe and comfortable within your company. &nbsp;<br><br>I also like the way you explain the exercises that are coming. You repeat them twice in a way that even an intermediate dancer can understand and remember. <br><br>This is such a good class that I have saved it, and I will be following along at home. <br><br>I’m really impressed with Kansas City Ballet!

  I’m an adult beginner ballet dancer and I’m loving 💖these &nbsp;World Ballet Day videos/classes. I feel I can follow the barre portion of this class!

  Devon, you are such a kind teacher! I&apos;m not a dancer at all, but I&apos;ve always loved ballet... And I&apos;m not in the USA, I&apos;m in South Africa.
