something wonderful happened when listening to this video. i have ocd and it causes me to automatically think of disturbing imagery sometimes against my will and it deeply unsettles me. at first, when you gave us the first word prompts, this happened to me as usual. i considered clicking off the video, but i tried to hone into the video's peaceful ambience and suddenly I began to think automatically of childhood memory objects that I hadnt remembered in years. A purple construction paper project in the 2nd grade, a watch my mother always wore when I was very young...and these just kept coming to me magically. thank you for bringing me that lovely experience, I havent felt such mental comfort in a long time.

Sir - you have no idea how appreciated you are. I don't even have to take a sleeping pill anymore. Somehow, you melt my anxiety away. Much love from east coast U.S. and thank you 🥰

Thank you so much Samuel. I haven’t been sleeping well and have neglected my health. 😔 Work and family obligations are picking up and it doesn’t help that I have coinciding physical and mental health conditions. I’m so tired of life sometimes.

I’m grateful that you do this for us. I’m sending love and appreciation from Texas. 🌸🌺

I just wanted to say that I’m so used to watching you, that yesterday when I had the first panic attack in a long time, only your voice relaxed me enough to fall asleep (and now, as soon as I woke up and my heart is racing again, I’m back to watching your videos to get back to sleep) so thank you very much for everything you do 💕💕💕
