They also failed to mention Lampard had the most goals outside of the box. It's not just arriving at the box at the right time.

Lamps played 164 consecutive games in the Premier league, still holds the record. Add his goals and assists to that. Not bad for £11 MILLION. 💙

It’s a shame how Lampard has been reduced to a box crashing 8. For people who actually watched him week in week out he did everything well. He is more creative than people remember, he’s 5th in all time prem assists. He was also better defensively than people remember, particularly later in his career with Chelsea when he played in a pivot usually with Mikel. Chelsea won a CL title with him playing deeper. He also was captain for that final. People think leadership is just running around and shouting like Gerrard, there are different ways to lead. Lamps quietly went about his business but is undoubtedly the greatest midfielder in prem history for my money.

Love listening to the Fan forum with Harry Redknapp. "He'll go right to the top"

Incredible mentality, to face all that at 17 and then finish your career as one of the best midfielders ever! What a monster

Went to see Chelsea train just after beating Barcelona and all the players stopped on their way out to start training, to sign autographs, all except Frank who said he would sign after training. What a legend.
