  According to the Blackadder comedy series Henry VIII's daughter Queen Elizabeth knew of Baldrick played by Tony Robinson. Lol 🤣 hahaha

  It’s soooo incredibly heartbreaking to lose such a beautiful structure that had history attached to it! I just think of what all of us lost…. And to see the beautiful fireplace and the doors that had possibly been sold, those were gorgeous super sad!!!

  I find it amazing that they would sell off an entire house, room by room! No one cares about such things today and it's all just knocked down and trashed.

  but it was the paperwork which contained the evidence of the disappearance of the mansion,  and the reason for it, the archeology just found that  lots of it has in fact disappeared.

  Seems like that sold off for not even pennies on the dollar - they must have been really desperate. &nbsp;You’d have thought it would have made more sense to sell the palace with land, still standing.
