  Went to Camden town today. There a Chinese “Eat as much as you can spot”. Could only eat 3 plates!! I am a 18 stone 6ft2 South African rugby player. You are the master!!

  Hi Beard. Came across your videos a few days ago and haven’t stopped watching them since. My wife just came out of hospital last night after a big operation. I sat with her today and showed her some of your videos to cheer her up, it worked brilliantly. She loves them and we think you and Lynsey are fantastic. Keep up the great work guys. Thanks👍👍👍
