  What a great addition to the roster. Esther Choi is one of my favorite chefs in NYC! &nbsp;She is authentic, down to earth and so talented. &nbsp;You guys are lucky to have her!

  Bobby was so honest about what he didn&apos;t know. I love that a &quot;celebrity chef&quot; took the back seat and let Esther be the authority! These two have great chemistry and I would love to see them do more food tours!!

  Bobby Flay was so saturated on the Food Network. Eventually, I found myself rolling my eyes every time I saw him because he would over-explain food to middle America every time he opened his mouth. He&apos;s a talented chef, and I wanted to hear him talk in-depth about the food he cooked or ate. I enjoyed this video. He has knowledge about what he&apos;s eating (I have a feeling he knows more about Korean food/chilis than he&apos;s letting on), but he&apos;s on someone else&apos;s show and wants to just go for the ride. He&apos;s the most personable I&apos;ve seen him in 25ish years.
