  Thank you for this very eye-opening video. I find this all very worrying. My partner, in her late 60&apos;s, was told today that 3 upper teeth need removing, possibly due to gum disease. The dentist said they would remove the teeth and after a time fit her for dentures. On the way out I asked about implants and was told we had to book a separate appointment even to discuss that as an option (£75). &nbsp;My partner asked for a &quot;ballpark&quot; cost for the whole upper implanted and a cost for the whole mouth. Nope they won&apos;t even discuss &quot;ballpark&quot; costs it, untill the inplant interview, which I understand as it should be a different procedure depending on what they have to work with structurally. Online I&apos;m seeing whole mouth ranging from £13,00 to £22,000. However, as these are amounts listed in dentist adverts online to draw people in, I&apos;m of the opinion it could be considerably more? <br>I thought implants were a safe, permanent fitting and was unaware of ledges, areas where food can get stuck, bad fitting and bone reduction were even a thing. It seems we have a lot of research to do.<br>WHERE is your practice? (Edit: just saw it is in Buckinghamshire, thank you)

  My plan is to come to you someday in the future (if you&apos;re still practicing by then!) I&apos;ve been following your channel here and work for several years and was drawn to you immediately. I like the calm and easy to understand way you have of explaining the options available.<br><br>my issue with coming to you is the location and distance from which I&apos;am away from you and the logistics surrounding that and whether it would be feasible, Iam in the top north of Scotland and you&apos;re obviously near London, so two opposite ends of the country. I have some health challenges at the moment but my hope is that as soon as Im in a better position health wise to take that first step and get in touch.

  The clip in dentures that don&apos;t randomly fall out but can be taken out daily to allow correct cleaning of both the denture and gums and give the gums a rest overnight seem like a better option than all on 4 for me. Could you paste a link to the correct part of your website please? Also by choosing this option it looks likes you place abutments in the gums for them to connect to. Does this allow for future all on 4 if I then decided in the future that I would like a more permanent option?

  Hi Dr Sehmi, currently at 54 days since implant surgery and recovery. I will be having an &quot;Overdenture&quot; or all-on-4 on my lower jaw and a 3-on-6 for my upper. I still have around 3 months still to go until fitting but would like to say that your videos are truly very helpful and that your responses to your viewers (including myself) have really helped. In my case it answered a lot of questions and enabled me to ask and get answers from my Dentist/Surgeon regarding my treatment. Keep up the good work.

  Currently 24 hours from getting all on X implants placed. Not a question looking for a solution, sharing personal thoughts . After many years of planning and reaching it&apos;s still hard to trust the surgeon to perform the proper procedure in regards to the implants. I handle all the repairs and maintenance of everything in my world . Mr. DIY style. Reviews, experience and such lead me to believe everything will be fine from the surgeon, still hard to not have control of personally doing it myself. Appreciate all of your time sharing information and videos .

  Hey Doc, I have a question for ya. I’ve watched quite a few of your dental implant videos and have grown comfortable with ya so I have some trust built up therefore I appreciate your advice if possible. I’m going in for dental implants in the next couple weeks. I believe they plan on 6 implants on top and 6 on bottom. But I’m only getting the PMMA temps and PMMA permanents. Is that something I’ll grow to regret? There is roughly an $8k-$10k difference in price for starters but also was very worried about sensory issue with that sound the zirconia makes. I don’t mind the look I see in PMMA permanents but my worry is durability. I grind at night and I can’t stop it. And clench like crazy. Idk why. Honestly I’d take George Washington’s dentures at this point so I’m grateful to be having this done regardless, but 30k is crazyyyyy money. Wanna make sure I’m not being unintelligent about this.

  I&apos;m wondering about the clicking noise that people describe with zirconia. How can I eliminate that. I want the best most natural looking smile but that clicking doesn&apos;t sound very nice. Should I get a combo? Zirconia top and nano ceramic bottom? Please give me some advice because I&apos;m about to spend a small fortune on these things
