Great video! Not many people realize that it’s always expected of you to have a high level of technical skill but it only accounts for about 20% of the job. The other 80% is all client relations. If you aren’t fun to hang out with for 12 hours a day then it doesn’t matter how good you are.

Great video. Makes me feel better about building of knowledge for myself and everyone these days with the web. So much info (like this) out there that can accelerate your eng and prod skills gargantuan leaps in medium timeframes and snowball that. Mixing and mastering too, and learning about how those impact eng/prod.
