That damn Tesla wouldnt get out of park because of some safety belt sensor that keeps the car in park until the belts connect, he couldnt just stomp on the gas and peel out of harms way. Chicago is now THE wildest place in America. It has been for some time. Milwaukee was once like this in the 90's when i used to live there. I see no possible end to this repetitive cycle. It really is sad.
