Wow I didn't realize it was that easy to avoid the cops after committing murder... Evidently all you have to do is avoid them as much as possible and refuse to speak to anyone 🙄

Just a side note to women, if your future in laws act like Gary and your significant other is refusing to draw boundaries: CUT YOUR LOSES and run!!! it does not get better!

A lot of pot heads will drink pickle juice to try to pass drug tests. I’ve learned this from knowing pot head athletes who try to pass urine tests. Might explain the jar of pickles

I remember when this happened. I lived within 10 miles of where this happened and the Gilbert Police are seriously so annoying!!! It’s ridiculous!

I haven't finished so I hope nothing changes my opinion, but her foster parents seem like amazing people. 9 foster children and they seemed to do a great job.

Sometimes you don’t hear anything, especially if you’re not listening for anything. The neighbor could’ve been listening to music, watching something, taking a shower etc…

Gary sounds like a freak. And no, the police did not exhaust every lead…they didn’t get to talk to Gary.  More high level incompetence by a law enforcement entity 🤦🏻‍♀️

Every single time I have driven past this apartment complex the gates are wide open, they are never EVER shut. It doesn’t surprise me that someone was undetected able to come in and leave through wide open gates that are accessible 24/7. Gilbert police has been HORRIBLE at handling crucial cases like this one.

People who have experienced trauma, oftentimes in adulthood, have difficulty recognising and appropriately addressing dangerous situations and threats to safety. That could have been the reason why she was not alarmed by the first appearance of a stranger in her apartment to the point of calling the police. <br>Also, subleters who are asked to cut their lease short duo to unforeseen circumstances can been resistant to this inconvenience, spiteful and, perhaps, eventually revengeful.
