  Amanda berry was kidnapped and tortured for ten years. She actually watched this woman tell her mother on tv, that she was not alive and to move on. She did the same to the parents of Shawn hornbecker and the parents of Jaycee Duggard.

  Sylvia Browne was an absolute ghoul of a human being. I could care less if people want to go to psychics for whatever silly stuff for fun, but taking advantage of people when they're in grief stricken states and not thinking clearly is profoundly fucked.

  Never forget that when a grieving woman told her that her husband who was a firefighter who gave his life on 9/11, she told her that he died in water (the towers were not surrounded by water ) and when she and Montel gently reminded her of how he died, she was dismissive of the grieving woman who just wanted to know if her partner was okay

  First time I learned about this woman was thanks to John Oliver and Last Week Tonight, and it was a clip of her telling a woman that her missing daughter was dead. But in reality, that daughter was watching the episode of the show in captivity after being kidnapped. It was indeed young Amanda Berry. As John Oliver says in that episode, psychics are basically professional guessers.

  The only reason I know who this woman is, is because she caused a mother fighting for her daughter to found, to die of heartbreak by giving her false information. The woman's daughter was Amanda Berry. Her poor daughter watched this woman, in a shitty dirty floor basement, tell her mother she was dead while she was very much alive. Sylvia is an awful woman.

  I forgot about Sylvia Brown. My grandma liked her. She also liked horrible scifi movies and believed in ghosts. When I saw Sylvia Brown on one of my grandma&apos;s many talk shows she liked to watch, I knew, even as a kid, that Sylvia was fake. What &quot;mediums&quot; do is disgusting and sad. People really want to hear from their deceased relatives and believe everything these people say.<br><br>Edit: Sylvia is so much worse than I remember. 😮
