Noam is the underground Lorne Michaels. Content, altruistic genius that the general public has never heard of. I always hit the cellar/olive when I’m in town. Even if I don’t go downstairs, I appreciate the privilege of just sitting in the Olive to take in and appreciate what Noam has built, improved, and maintained. I’m an average Joe from Texas and Noam’s establishment has become my most coveted destination since I first stepped in almost 25 years ago. Ardie was MC and sucked me in with his inescapable aura and Wil Sylvice has been one of the fixations that keeps me coming back! I feel like I could write a novel about the place that nobody would read except me and that would be just fine, so, thank you, Noam. I have never met you and probably never will, but I owe you more than you will ever know. Onward!

Never been to the cellar but big fan of Noam in general. Has always come off as genuine and sensible. Glad I got to get a bit more background on the business end. Interesting stuff!

One thing you will get from Noam, is someone who seems authentic and fair. He seems to grasp the essence of human nature and that works to his advantage. I am happy for his success! I am sure his father, whom I have never met, would be proud.
