  I would not like my child in the plaintiff's class. They are kindergarten for goodness sake. She acts like a child herself.

  As a retired educator this is so petty, & unprofessional. I wonder what she's teaching her Kindergarten class if she is this petty. The Plantiff needs to get out of her feelings

  As a 1st grade teacher we would compete against 8 other 1st grade classes on field day. I always told my students if we lose a competition "We shake hands and say good job. Congratulations!" If we win we still shake hands and say good job. I like teaching good sportsmanship to children. Children need to learn how to win and lose gracefully.

  She doesn't like losing and that's final. A sore loser, it has nothing to do with those kids besides her using them as a crutch to make her look good at work.

  This case is ridiculous and the plaintiff is being so childish and petty. For her to ask the defendant to give her the prize money is just something else. Omg get a life!

  What’s wrong with a pizza party? Kids need pizza to supply them with energy and camaraderie.That plaintiff is a piece of work, so selfish. It’s all about what SHE wants not the kids.
