  At 67, I&apos;ve had the younger women asking me advice. I&apos;ve been married, dated men in many different locations, and the facts remain the same no matter where you are. I&apos;ve been traveling alone for 40+ years on and off. These past eight years, I&apos;ve lived in three different countries and will be traveling again in just a few weeks. Some advice for the girls settling for the role of mistress or side chick. He may talk the talk of &quot;Oh, I&apos;m leaving her for you&quot;, but it rarely happens, and if it does, remember this. How you found him is how he&apos;ll leave you. I used to see this all the time when I worked at the hospital and then again in other professions. Love yourself first, never compromise your self-worth. Build the life you want for yourself, and if you attract the right man along the way, that can be wonderful. There is a big difference between needing a man versus wanting one. Travel, see what the world has to offer. Invest in yourself.
