My first thought when you brought us inside was that's a freaking hotel lobby. Second thought was keeping the higher windows clean and removing cobwebs up high. Overall, not my glass of whiskey but I'm sure the seller will find someone to buy it, maybe not at that asking price though unless the boat is included. I do like that the "grass" is all artificial along with the garages. I'd probably use the outermost bay for RV parking rather than another half dozen cars. Having to walk upstairs to use the primary bath would be a deal breaker though.

It’s very beautiful, there’s no denying that. It’s also quite large, but I feel that the space could have been used much better considering its potential.

I also think it’s missing quite a few things, especially given the price.

For example, an elevator to provide access to all the floors, in case someone with special needs were to use the house (if there is an elevator, I didn’t see it). I also noticed the lack of both a wet sauna and a dry sauna.

Personally, I would have made much better use of the upper level and turned it into a huge entertainment area — basically, a great game room.

That's a nice Explorer 62 yacht parked in the back.
