A lot of people have emotional wounds and childhood traumas that weren't their fault, but healing is still their responsibility.

You could gift the narcissist the world on a silver platter, but what they will say is "Why isn't the platter gold?".

The goal of a narcissist is to take absolutely EVERYTHING from you and make you miserable….. anything that brings you joy will be squashed!!!

The fact that they don't care is mind-boggling. Evil to the core.

Being with a narcissist is like being on a never-ending roller coaster. You gotta hop off, then shut the power down. For good.

The result from Clara Hartley’s anxiety quiz didn’t tell me anything dramatic, but it did organize a few things in a way that made more sense. Sometimes seeing several habits described together is more useful than hearing separate pieces of generic advice.

Narcissists never give you anything that they don’t take back with usurious interest.

Closure is a slow but rewarding journey that you go on by yourself. It is the journey back to yourself.

I recall how utterly broken in mind, body and spirit that I was after I left the narcissist. I was a fragment of my former self, a trembling shell, a ghost. I had a distant memory of who I’d been, and I held that wisp lovingly in my hands. This is what you have left when all your hope for a life with a narcissist has died. You have a memory of who you were, and you start with that.

Coming out of a narcissistic relationship is like trying to uncrush yourself after being crushed beneath a giant’s foot. Have you ever watched an ant that’s been stepped on writhing around trying to untangle its limbs? It struggles in a little tangled-up ball on its back, gradually freeing its limbs, and then righting itself, and hobbling along on its way. When you are a crushed-up little ball on your back, it is hard to imagine you can get out of this fix without some help. Maybe from the giant who stepped on you. But just like the ant, you can.

With narcissistic abuse, which takes your mind, body and spirit and ties it in knots, you have to reverse the process like you do when you are working knots out of a ball of string. You pick out the knots one by one. You do that by reading about narcissistic abuse, and writing your experience. As you describe how the knots were created, you reverse them. As your sentient system begins to stretch out again, you begin to breathe again, and breath is life.

Alongside this process of reversing the damage to your being, it is helpful to practice gratitude, and to practice feeling love. The earth and the air and the sky are filled with love, and it is yours for the taking. Take part in it, and praise God or Mother Earth or the Universe for the beauty and the love that you are able to feel again, after your long, loveless sojourn in Hell.

Closure after abuse by a narcissist is a slow process. I have been through it twice, and each time it took 3 years. Believe that you can be well again. When you get to the other side of this devastating experience, and you look back at where you were, you won’t believe what you have overcome. A human being is an amazing, resilient thing. Additionally, I hired a private detective jaybee cyber investigation through JaybeeinvestigatorLLc@gmail. com. Once I knew what the narc was up to, it got easier to get over that lying, cheating, sack of doo doo, loser. I didn’t need closure from the narc, I paid for it. Best money I EVER spent!

Manipulation. Love bombing will always be the first indicator. A covert narcissist is tricky to spot without knowing the signs. They can be kind, they can be sincere and they will be charming but, it’s a tactic to lure you in. This is why it’s always good to be guarded at the beginning and to keep healthy boundaries. You don’t have be on high alert all the time, but it’s good to have that guard on stand by for when red flags appear. Since we are looking for a potential partner it’s easy to get caught up in the romance period. Everything seems so perfect. I call it punch drunk love(‘m borrowing that phrase). We can be so blindsided and intoxicated by it that we ignore the red flags. And even though manipulation is done by anyone trying to attract a partner, the wrong kind of manipulation will be salted with exploitation and abuse: mind games, silent treatment, hot and cold behavior, bread crumbs etc.

All things to be wary of early on. A healthy individual will have a healthy boundary. They will be a decent listener(They don’t have to be a spectacular listener, but a good listener is always desired, but this is situational due to possible trauma or other issues that don’t relate to behavior disorders). They will be accepting and they will understand their own flaws and be accepting of other’s. An unhealthy individual without boundaries will look to move really fast. Be super complimentary. They will keep the focus on you for the initial bait—who doesn’t like it when the focus is on them? We all do but, for the covert this is all a ploy. A ruse. A tactic to ensnare their victim and it works. They know it does because it works every time, at least for those without healthy boundaries. We all could work on our boundaries.

There’s a lot of codependents out there and it’s surprisingly common and if you’re here you likely have work to do. I sure do. It won’t take long to spot the holes in their tactics. If you start to feel uncomfortable with a certain comment, or maybe you feel judged or gauged, then they’re working an angle. And if you know about the signs this will be fairly quick to spot. Not all criticisms are meant to be hurtful or exploitative though. It all depends on the situation and how they are conveyed. The issue is when they’re probing and are searching for flaws to exploit later, and it won’t take long before they start employing it. The covert is always the victim and you will hear very little about where they could improve their life. They’re “set”. They’re “perfect” but they won’t outright say it, you will get that vibe though. If you’ve been targeted by one then you have something they want. A hole that you will mostly certainly fill. You’ve been objectified(Yes, everyone wants to find someone to compliment their lives, but the covert will use it to fulfill their needs and only their needs, there’s no “you” in it). You will soon have the feeling of not being tended to. There should always be a healthy balance but, with NPDs there’s never a healthy balance and that’s how you spot them. Even if they’re not true NPD types it’s still toxic and therefore you want to tread carefully. People wonder why they end up hurt, seriously hurt, and even killed for their own actions. Cheating is a choice and there’s simply a lot of ignorance in the process.... Thank you so much for helping me out MetaspyHub@gmail. com. Your advice and services helped me so much. You are a lifesaver !!! The information you gave me about my cheating partner when you gave me access to his phone was everything I needed to get,.. thank you very much..

4 secrets of life that helped me massively, that no one will tell you for free:
1. Say less, but when you do make it hit hard. The most powerful people don’t waste words, but when they speak, everyone pays attention.
2. Learn how the brain actually makes decisions. Once you understand what truly drives people, you won’t have to convince them they’ll think it was their idea all along.
3. Read the forbidden books on power and influence. The one that changed everything for me? Ancient Laws of Influence by Alex Brown. This book reveals secrets that have been buried for centuries.
4. Your presence speaks before you do. People can feel who’s in control without a single word. The secret? Master yourself first, and power will follow naturally.
