  Namunukula, Sri Lanka - where the majority of Tamil people live close to Ella among tea plantations and beautiful scenery. I cannot stop showing you a positive and lovely side of Sri Lanka, and I am very proud of it! Hospitality has no race, color, or religion in this country. You get welcomed with a big smile, the welcoming nature of beautiful souls everywhere you go. Welcome to Sri Lanka again - my lovely country in another dimension. 🇱🇰

  I like Tamil people n culture. I used to have some of them in my lectures when I was doing my undergraduate and postgraduate in Australia. They are humble, simple, friendly, thrifty, intelligent and cultured people. They will never trade their culture and practices for anything else in the world.

  Tamil is a language. Hinduism is a religion. Globally, not all Tamil speaking people are Hindu and not all Hindus speak Tamil. The village people's innocence & hospitality are beyond belief. Gobsmacking!

  I&apos;m Sinhalese and I&apos;m using a pseudo account. Tamil people in SL, up and down the country, have suffered a lot.<br>Yet they have not lost the spirit. Such beautiful, humble and kind people.<br>I spent my childhood in a tea estate like this and this brings back memories.<br>❤

But they said &quot;give it not only to us but also to the Sinhalese people&quot;. There are such innocent people in our country. Due to the struggle of our country, the races of our country came together. Now we are strong. 🇱🇰❤️🇱🇰

  In tamil culture, we usually say vannakam which translates to welcome. Namaskar is rarely used by the tamil people.

  Hi Davud.. what you are doing for our country is amazing. Thanks 🙏 the word “ Namaskar” is derived from Sanskrit and we don’t use it in Sri Lanka, that’s why people seems to be not aware and does not wish you back. You can use “ Vanakkam” which is Ayubowan and “ Nandri” which is Sthuthi,
