Wei He should've gone with Ultra 2 with Zangief. That makes him a threat on both the ground and the air. And he could've punished a lot of the jump-ins with Siberian Blizzard instead of a lariat.

Sitting in the SAME spot waiting for someone to pass by for a kill and using the SAME move to get someone in range for an attack. Both are "strategies" made by weak players (if not the same weak players) for two completely different games so they can sit in the back of the map or stage and still win.

Guile's up-close options are very limited. His melee moves have a lot of recovery time, which means he stays back and plays a ranged game.

People who don't know how to go around campers say it's cheap also. I'm not saying their concept is the same, I'm saying they are the equivalent of each other for two completely different genres.
