A realtor telling you that you’re overcharging is hysterical. There are some of the most overpaid people on earth for what they do.

When someone starts haggling, just stop them and in a non passive-aggressive way, say 'thank you for your time and have great day'....then walk. If you engage them, you'll keep having to dealing with these situations...walk away

You nailed it. I'm not in the trades, but my job requires me to work with realtors. I can assure you that my goal is to one day have a job which has nothing to do with realtors. A large number of them are manipulative and have zero ethics or integrity.

I owned 5 house cleaning locations. After the 3rd realtor, we did not work for realtors anymore. In the cleaning business they are classified just under the belly of a lawyer.

Realtors also can have issues regarding payment --- not their house so "who pays"? better to avoid! I agree! love the channel and the chill vibe!
