  I think Mariah is generally an introverted person; she prefers intimate and meaningful interviews over explosive and vibrant ones. She has remained the same; she still prefers quiet interviews.

  Becoming a Mariah Carey fan in more recent years and going back and seeing these old interviews from the earlier days of her career... She really has not changed. She still prefers to lounge slightly an interviews instead of sit up straight (people think it&apos;s some new diva thing but she quite literally just never enjoyed sitting up straight lol) and many of her opinions of today are no different as they were in the early nineties. In this very interview she&apos;s talking about not liking most of her music videos........ she continues to say the same thing about the earlier part of her career. She&apos;s always had an issue with the idea of people controlling her career, her image and her art.
