Their biggest hits besides this one are Sweet Child O’Mine and Welcome to the Jungle. This song was later in their career. Their early hits are quintessential 80’s rock.

Guns N' Roses got their name in March 1985 as a combination of the names of 2 Los Angeles bands, L.A. Guns and Hollywood Rose, which merged. The name specifically represented the partnership between founders Tracii Guns and Axl Rose. If you liked "November Rain", I recommend "Estranged". It's my favorite song from Gn'R.
