You can't convince me that Kiroshima's reaction wouldn't be manly tears interspersed with attempts to assist Bakugo with working through his emotions in a somewhat healthier and less destructive manner, sort of like Tsu would be doing for Ururaka but with less "kero"s and more ordinance disposal.

I think All For One would be mad if Izuku died before he could take the OFA away from him. After all, getting OFA and Yoichi's consciousness is one of his main goals.

Kota would be broken, Deku saved his life, avenged his parents and made him believe in heroes. However after crying a lot he would stand up and ask his aunt and her team to give him the hardest training possible so he would become a hero that would make Deku proud, he might even take the Deku hero name.

Yeah with how many people cared about Deku by the end of the story, Killing him canonically would be THE biggest mistake anyone would EVER make, as the Uproar that would bring would just be too much for ANYONE to handle: Heroes, Villains, Vigilantes, you name it! NO ONE would be safe... 💀
