  RIP Andy &quot;Fletch&quot; Fletcher.<br>He wasn&apos;t the main singer of the group like Dave Gahan or the main songwriter like Martin Gore but he was the backbone to keep the band going throughout their 40 years they performed together during their best and worst times around.

  After losing my dad in the fire that also destroyed my home 3 years ago, I come back to 80s music like this to remember riding in his 1974 Grand Prix, standing in the sunroof while driving through downtown Dallas at night....miss you, dad.
