磐越西線は2両ばっかりで、特に休日は日常利用者に観光客が合わさってかなり混むんですよね。<br>特急あかべこが定期運行になったらありがたいです。

最後の急行型車両としてJRになってから登場し、時代の流れで急行がなくなり快速の指定席用車両となった後、まさかの特急用として抜擢されるという熱い展開。ちなみに秋田リレー号より内装は立派だったりする。
