I love how an Odyssey hitting VTEC sounds better than a Civic Type R.

I own a Honda Odyssey. I lease a BMW iX. I live in Illinois and I'm bald. I just figured out that I am Mark.

I owned a Honda Odyssey. I used it at first for family hauling and later for a daily driver for my business. I put 325,000 miles on it. When I finally retired it, it was rusting apart but the engine and transmission were still going strong. It never needed anything other than routine maintenance. It was by far the best car I’ve owned. I’d own another one now but my family is grown and gone and I need only a small car as a daily driver. I see elderly men driving Odysseys with no passengers and I think “I get it, brother, It’s hard to let go.”

The only accessory I added was a bumper sticker that said “My Other Car Is An Iliad”. Literate women thought that was hot.

I’d take this or any minivan over any 3 row crossover any day.

We have a Pacifica. We went camping with the family and dogs 4 hours away earlier this month. Last night, I picked up 700 pounds of pavers, two sheets of 4x8 plywood and various supplies for a shed foundation I'm working on. Nothing beats a minivan for practicality.

Sign of times we are in - when car guys and gals get excited about a minivan, because the tech is generation behind, controls are tactile instead of digital, dash is half-analog, and there is a V6 in there without any electrification.
2010 Sienna owner here, living in rust-belt. 300kkm and annual rustproofing with oil based product.
