The thing about Thrawn is that he's the first (and in my opinion best) time someone said "What if this Star Wars villain isn't a Sith or grotesquely evil? What if their only powers are being very smart and charismatic?"

We have a border collie mix named Thrawn. I've had him since he was a puppy, and he's super sweet and smart. I named him Thrawn because I really like the character, and i thought it would be funny to be able to say, "Thrawn, get your butt over here!" and not have stormtrooper blasters pointed in my face.

Thrawn made the star wars galaxy lore sooo much better! Timothy Zhan really nailed it and led to the creation of so many books we later got.

I read this trilogy when I was twelve. Going on 30 years ago. I feel like I've outgrown a lot of star wars. But Thrawn and Pellaeon always stuck with me. It might be time for a reread.

BIG props for doing what so many other channels don't bother to on their compilations of old videos, and removing the intros/outros that just break the flow with dated channel updates/housekeeping stuff or the redundant "this is the last video on this topic I think" before the next 4 videos they did on said topic. lol The extra effort in editing is noticed, and appreciated.
