  I am watching this from Dallas, Texas. <br>This proves why India is so different. People have no clue how diverse Indian culture is. I was born and raised in Lucknow and then Delhi but I haven’t come across these many Bengali sweets. <br>Other contrasting part is the gentleman who owns this business. He is so down to earth, humble and yet so passionate about his work. <br>This also clears a doubt I always had that India’s new generation is not taking the legacy forward. People like him not only reviving old culinary but also innovating it. His large scale factory shows his skills, education and globalisation approach. <br>I am so pleased and happy after watching this complete.
