You go to bed at 3 a.m. and wake up at 8 a.m. Are you getting too little sleep?"

“My body felt a lot weaker” yea it’s because you didn’t eat breakfast… don’t workout without eating something small first.

loooove the emphasis on doing what works for you and finding flaws in your routine. not everything can go according to plan, and that is not only okay but needed! thats what life is!

Wow, this video was incredibly inspiring! Junzhe, you truly captured what it's like to navigate the hustle and bustle of life at Columbia, and your passion really shines through. Seeing the balance between academics, extracurriculars, and personal time is a reminder of how much effort and determination it takes to pursue your dreams at such a prestigious school. Your perspective not only motivates me to push harder in my own studies, but also to appreciate the little moments that make college life so special. Thank you for sharing this piece of your journey with us, it's a real testament to the power of hard work, resilience, and staying true to yourself. Keep doing amazing things!
