Ridley destroying the Omnitrix and having Vilgax nearly die from Radiation Poisoning right before dying is actually the most on brand thing for Ridley ever.

As Smash Bracket once said, radiation sickness usually takes months, weeks, and in extreme cases, days to kill. This is because radiation isn't a conventional attack. It destroys DNA, not the body, causing cells to rapidly die faster than the body can replenish them. The fact phazon can kill in the span of mere seconds is unimaginably horrifying, as that seems to imply it somehow manages to kill cells en masse.

Ridley destroying the Omnitrix before dying is honestly perfect, like a pettier, evil version of the Bill vs Discord ending

Ridley was a top tier menace, but Vilgax was simply that guy.

Actually Vilgax did experience defeat before meeting Ben. We don’t know the details, but apparently he once fought Ma Vreedle and lost so badly, just the sight of her makes him run away

Welp at least Ridley died as he lived. Being a menace to everyone around him.

I like that some of the lyrics from Vs Ridley by Man on the Internet were used in Ridley's dialogue. That song constantly plays in my head whenever I think of Ridley and I'm happy that its probably the same with the showrunners!

I LOVE how you characterized Ridley. Perfection.
