  I think you make a valid point here! PlayStation is changing but so are the gaming companies by going all digital like GTA6. Enjoyed the video though!

  Any one claiming digital is cheaper than the cost of physical have clearly never worked in I.T. as setting up a dater center to host all the servers can cost in the millions then you have to pay for the electric to run them then pay for high end cooling systems to keep all the servers cool, it can actually lead to costing more but its the future now, so Sony would want to kill physical so they can keep pumping money in to all the serve costs to keep them running, its actually cheaper for them to do physical but they dont like the pre owned market as they make no money from it at all every time some one buys a used game thats considered a lost sale.

  when the ps store shutsdown like they're gonna do with ps3 all is lost you cant gain access to games anymore dlcs addons or whatever cant be bought or obtained its locked through the store, physical media needs to be saved in order for these to not happen

  I know like 2 people that own PS5 everyone else I know games on PC or Switch 1/2, I actually struggle to find people that own a PS5 or XboxSeries now

  honestly i think they need to stop making triple A games, they should just scale it back and make games cheaper <br><br>i think after scaling back games from AAA to &nbsp;AA or even A, they should just print on multiple discs so we can have proper ownership because i am not buying a console if i can&apos;t own my games, i&apos;ll just buy pc games instead because pc gaming is just better

  If online stores on playstation are my only option, i walk away quietly. Dont get fooled by the use of term &quot;digital&quot;. It has always been digital. Correct term is &quot;ONLINE&quot; and my life is not always online. Yes, Steam is also online but the platform and hardware standard has not changed that much, that it prevents the use of older products in the library. Right now it seems, that Sony has this problem. When the services go down, a lot of purchased game titles go along with it. It can be a lot of money wasted.

  My first console was the Sega Mastersystem, I have ownd loads of consoles over the years and hands down the Xbox Series &amp; PS5 been the worst console generation of all time

  Simple because its convenient for them &amp; saves them money from creating disk not to mention they can control the distribution they have control over all of it. &amp; Who loses? The costumers. And those that are loving this? Youre pathetic. You think all digital is a utopia? Its not. First of all the prices will go up without any competition 2nd youll be locked in their system &amp; when the lisence for the game expired or something a problem in their server you lose because you cant play the game that YOU BOUGHT!
