  That’s why instead of making another Harry Potter reboot I wish they would just make a original story in the same world. Like make a story about the American wizarding world and the students in Ilvermorny.

  Hearing the story of the founding of Ilvermorny makes American magic sound so primitive, but the Fantastic Beasts franchise makes it seem more organized than British magic

  One thing I love about the story of Ilvermorny is the indirect role Salazar Slytherin had on founding the school. He played such a large part, so let&apos;s break this down: <br>1. His wand was the same one Isolt stole.<br>2. His descendent Isolt was a Parsletongue.<br>3. She used her ability to ask the Horned Serpent to help her create new wands.<br>4. Her adopted boys used those twin wands to defeat Gormlaith Gaunt. <br>5. His wand eventually gets buried in the ground and becomes a tree with medicinal properties. <br><br>I just love the ultimate irony that Salazar Slytherin left Hogwarts due to his racist ideologies, and then goes on to unintentionally help found the most accepting and inclusive Wizarding school of all.

  I like to think that in Ilvermorny, the school&apos;s head of faculty holds the title of dean instead of headmaster.

  Its sounds like a more familial environment where its one big family. Even the houses are empathised as one part of a whole instead of 4 distinct seperate factions forced to toralate one another.
