I like that she tells Caitlyn to stop fraternizing as if Maddie isn't her double agent

It’s interesting how different Ambessa and Caitlyn are in their innate character and how they view forgiveness. Ambessa sees forgiveness as a strength she doesn’t/cannot have, but in the bunker with Jinx, Caitlyn views forgiving - or at least letting go of her hated for Jinx, as something she just doesn’t have the energy for anymore. Like forgiveness was the absence of strength. For Ambessa, hating and revenge is deeply ingrained in her. She can’t let it go. But for Caitlyn, her core values oppose hatred and revenge, so it was hard to hold on for as long as she did, and yet she views that as a discredit to her character, and Ambessa sees it as an incredible quality. UGH the characters in arcane are so well written and interesting.

Ambessa knows her way around people. For an absolute unit you would expect less finesse.

You can see Maddie doing the salute to Ambessa at: 0.14. Noticed just now

I honestly do think Ambessa really liked Caitlyn, she was shocked in this conversation by the way Caitlyn answers
