  The definition says that pants come from your waist down. The main problem is that centaurs have two waists: between the human and the horse parts and between horse legs. So the only reasonable option is having 2 and 3 combined as two separate pairs of pants

  Craziest part is that horse “legs” are more akin to our fingers anatomically, so there’s an argument that 4 would be like a glove.

  The issue with Centaur clothing is that it would be very very hard for them to put on. So they would need to have their own specialised clothing. not just an adaption of our clothing. It would probably be something that hangs down over them

  It&apos;s 2 because realistically, all the clothing a centaur NEEDS physically (for warmth and wind protection) is his chest, because it&apos;s made of human skin. However, the rest of the body is covered in horse skin/hide, which is much more fitting for warmth and wind protection. <br>A centaur would wear his pants ONLY to cover up his nudity, as it&apos;s a social construct, but wearing the pants over the rest of the horse body would be unnecessary and physically restrictive for a powerful horse body. <br>So wearing the option 2 is the social and physical compromise of pants for a centaur - covering up the nudity for social reasons, but not covering the rest of the horse body for physical reasons.

  The answer is that they wouldn&apos;t. &nbsp;They would wear skirts like the ones we already have for horses. They are way easier to put on and take of and are still warming. They would additionally wear underwear that exclusively covers the rear of the horse body, preventing the hog and rear from being seen.
