  For the record Jon Snow's initial death was actually the ending of book 5 and that cliffhanger still hasn't been resolved in print.

  The bit about spoilers not ruining the show was proven by Columbo where you saw the murder and who did it at the start of every episode

  When the Minecraft movie came out, a bunch of friends and I went and saw it in theaters opening night, and I think we got the perfect blend of &apos;audience participation&apos; and movie viewing experience. The into opened with a creeper face, someone in one corner went &quot;creeper&quot; and most everyone else in unison responded &quot;awe man&quot; or a line from the trailer would be said and people would cheer and clap for a few seconds and then quiet down. Everyone there knew that it wasnt going to be a very good stand alone movie, and everyone was in on the joke. I talked to a few other people who had seen it early on and it was by all reports ive seen a fun but respectful enough time to see it in the theaters before over reacting to the movie became the joke and not the movie itself.
