  Grew up in lee County va, about 1.5 hours away. Ive been there probably 5 or 6 times. Living near d.c now but we went last year.  Most beautiful country. Miss it so.

  The late 80s or early 90s is when we used to come a lot too. We’re coming back down this November and bringing my parents. They haven’t been down there since then. I told them they are in for a BIG shock.

  Thanks for that great vid Jonny it brought back some of the good memories of our stay last October during that nightmare Sllammedenough hell week! We knew nothing about that show even being there and was glad to hear it's been banned...That crap ruined an otherwise perfect vaca but we still had a pretty good time...wife and I will be heading back for another go this Fall for about a 6 week stay...new to your channel & love it....subbed..👍

  We&apos;ve been coming for 11 years, atleast 1 time a year if not 2. We are 12 hours away, Wish we could get to Pigeon Forge more. We have started a tradition coming over Christmas the last 2 years.

  awesome video. Loved the cloud cover, it made it easy to imagine being there when the weather is chilly, which IMO is the absolute best time to be there.

  We’ve never been. Doing a TN trip next week before the kids go back to school after Labor Day. The timing is perfect! The new ride at Dollywood opens on the last day we are in the area. We are flying in from Los Angeles, and driving across the state. Looking forward to it!

  Thank you for the detailed drive through. I remember the water park. The first time I remember visiting the area was mid 70’s when I was a kid. Will be there later this week for the Jeep Invasion. I hope you cover some of the events and parades from it. We will be near Slick City every night
