"the best data we have are autopsy studies" all I needed to hear. People hide from the truth until they can't anymore.

These people are absolutely out of their mind to think that there will be no long term consequences.

Disturbing. Getting injections from someone not trained, who's giving multiple injections without wearing gloves or washing his hands. Not prepping the skin or anything. Sad what people will do when they're insecure.

Documentaries like this restore my faith in humanity. I have learned more than just about steroids; my main takeaway is how far the feeling of insecurity can push people. From now on, my main goal will be to master my mind to stop being susceptible to external triggers that could spark a cataclysmic chain of events like what have just seen.

You can see the worry and anxiety in Zach's face after he had all those shots successively. He is so blinded by the idea of making it to professional bodybuilding that he has thrown caution to the wind.

When you think about it, it’s pretty wild that he could be considered a “fitness influencer” when he is definitely not in good health, despite having large amounts of skeletal muscle.

His vo2 is probably really low and he would most likely get winded after only short & quick cardiovascular exercises. Such as climbing stairs or hiking up a consistent grade.

It’s disturbing how clueless and uneducated majority of people are in this country. The fact that he has soo many customers who take these drugs regularly just shows how lost we are. And to think, all of these people vote 🙄
