  Finally, a team that kicks out their teammate that actually show they can do without him. Yes, they had a bad start-up without him, but eventually they got their act together.

  I actually like this, since instead of the party being rude jack-asses that never appreciated or acknowledged that the MC does for them, they get hit with a reality-check about what MC actually does, and start to grow into better people.

  There are multiple stories like this were a party of damaged dealers. I feel like they are kicking out the one person dragging them behind only to realize later they kicked out the only one responsible for their logistics, their primary supporter… who’s support once gone, causes the party to fall apart.

  Literally infinite item storage, identification, and knowledge to sell items would have been the best reason to keep him. you didn’t need him in a fight, and everyone is lazy so why would you take on his work
