  What many ppl did not understand about the trial is that LC admitted she did it but claimed she was in psychosis when the crime was committed. Ppl saying PC did it had no understanding of the trial. It wasn’t a ‘who did it’ it was ‘is LC criminally responsible due to insanity during the crime.’ <br>Like what’s so hard about this? And based on testimony and evidence, I do believe she is creating this outrageous defense to be found NG to justify the horrendous thing that did and she absolutely is criminally responsible. Her bipolar 2 and ppp diagnosis didn’t come until after. And with ppp you will have documented prior episodes of ppd or perinatal episodes. She had neither. It’s like she created her symptoms after the psychiatrist asked her specific questions while she was in the hospital. You have to understand this very complex case and actually watch the entire trial and look at the Totality of the evidence against her. IMO

  Lindsay hersel was googling if she was a sociopath and how to treat a sociopath.. i think the went &nbsp;thru life PERFORMING &nbsp;her life very well and masking, pretending to be this perfect person and then finds herself with 3 kids she resents . &nbsp;(what struck me is her journal talking about how she &apos;resented&apos; her older kids for making it so that her newest baby diddnt feel like her first .... like lady he&apos;s NOT your first.. you&apos;ve already been thru having kids twice.. of course your 3rd baby isnt going to feel exactly like it did to hold a child you made inyour arms for the FIRST time.. that was a brand new experience and now its not a new experience anymore. &nbsp;But she literally resented her older kids for that. &nbsp;I dont know i feel like she may have actually been right on the money. &nbsp;Sociopaths are highly manipulative and can go thru life masking very well to get what they want out of life and get ahead. &nbsp;her being very &apos;high functioning&apos; makes sense in that context. I dont think she was neccesarily a violent sociopath- not all are- but she got to the point in her life where she didnt see the point anymore and took herself and the kids out. &nbsp;Her kids had no value other than as an extension of herself.

  Dr Bethany is spot on about the snowman example, the relief Lindsay felt and then the shame so she had to end her own life. What she said on that message board about the contempt she felt for her middle child Dawson, it said it all that she wanted out of being a mother!

  I&apos;m so glad Dr. Bethany has her own channel. She explains everything so clearly and at a pace where we can actually absorb all she&apos;s explaining and her not being interrupted by other hosts.

  He pretty much had to talk about it. Everyone is accusing him of the crime and angry because he has gone on and is trying to have some type of life.

She was a “good mom” by all outsiders POV, but inside the house, the “mask” slipped. She was 100% concerned how people viewed her in public. It was confusing as a kid. I didn’t understand. I love my mom, but my mom loves herself and how people perceive her much more than she loves any of us kids.

  Lindsay is guilty. &nbsp;If she was so psychotic at the time of killing her children, then why did she try to commit suicide immediately thereafter?Because she felt intolerable Guilt, proving to me that she knew the difference between right and wrong. <br><br>What kind of message and precedent &nbsp;would be sent if she is found not guilty? That future mothers can can use postpartum depression as a defense for killing not one, not two but three or even more of their children.

  The 11 jurors fell into the atrocity paradox: the more horrible a crime is the more they can&apos;t believe a rational person could do it. Circular and not following evidence.

  Thanks for pushing back on DR Saltz analysis on Psychosis. &nbsp;Her explanation that everyone had good things to say about LC &nbsp;reminds of this saying &quot; Going home and &quot;kicking the dog&quot; is an idiom that means taking out your anger, stress, or frustration on someone or something innocent who has no part in causing your problem
