    one thing I would like to mention is for those people that don’t use these items regularly, they should try to incorporate them into your meals, especially if you have children…to get accustomed to the flavor…it will make things easier in a crisis if your family gets use to these foods…

    Make sure your vinegar is at least 5% acidity. Anything lower will not safely work for preservation.

    Great prepper CALCIUM source. Save and boil up egg shells for a 5 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes 220’C. Then grind into a powder and store in an airtight jar. You can add the powder to drinks or food, great source of calcium and pretty much free, because you’re probably throwing away this superfood source.

    Japan fed miso soup to radiation victims in ww2 when the u.s. bombed them. &nbsp;It helped the victims immensely and those that received the miso got better,faster. &nbsp;It helped alleviate the symptoms of radiation sickness as well.
