  Anyone saying the Smeargle was shiny and he missed it…the image was edited, the VOD show each of the starters as the unedited ones (so it would’ve been Piplup). His editors just wanted to make it shiny for the hell of it.

  Smeargle was on the winning team of a tournament match. It was using dark void and that’s why it can no longer sketch that move. (Or something, I don’t know)
