  Signature dish means the dish you are best known for. If that is a watermelon dish or something else that isn&apos;t majorly fancy, so be it. It is still your signature dish so you still followed the brief.<br>A lot of people make majorly fancy dishes they&apos;ve dreamed up on the spot to try and impress Ramsay, like the woman who encusted her chicken with ginger cookies. Those are not signature dishes.

  These people never actually learned how to cook, they just got by on shaming people eating &nbsp;the food they make with “it’s either this or starve and you are a horrible person for making me waste food if you don’t eat it”

  That &quot;instructor&quot; who has never been taught to cook herself. She&apos;s just a con artist or a wannabe. People tell me my food is good and I should open a resturant. i&apos;m like nope, I ain&apos;t that good. Humility and humbleness go a long way towards realizing your limitations and where you can improve on them.

  Matt had the worst signature dish, and was one of the worst to make it as far as he did. Shows the showrunners are twisted. He deserved to go Day 1.

  the reason Antonia’s gumbo tasted so bad was because she didnt have nearly enough time. It usually takes at least 2 hours, she only had 45 minutes

  Sauce is as easy as a soup to make. wtf 😂 you just don’t have the time to cook it down so you’d use corn starch to thicken it
