Thanks so much for this. Very cool to see, how it looks from "guitarist perspective". What's the black strat Tim's playing? Is it Xotic?

Not just knowing all these chords, sight reading, and knowing when to bring a part forward and not play "over" the other musicians is why this is PRO level work. Most guitarists can learn to "shred" with enough repetition and practice, but this is musicianship.

How is it possible, after watching so many of Tim's videos and taking his class, that he never ceases to amaze. Just another level of playing.

Maybe the most important lesson I took from this video is the least obvious: Notice the reactions to Tim as he walks along, greeting these legends these legends. "I love you Tim!" An indispensable nonmusical skill to being a successful studio musician is being a nice guy. You always get called for sessions because people want to work with people they like! In ever video Tim makes, he is having at least as much fun as any viewer I can imagine.

The split screen was fantastic, great to see the relationship between parts and your relationship with the production.

I still hate the Grammys, but I see why it is so cool for the back line musicians; thanks for sharing the cool stuff that they leave out of the show! ❤

1:17 Dean's feel is somewhere between BB King's and David Gilmour's, here... Gorgeous phrasing.
