hi Shane I'm Shannon wow there was a reason I got on YouTube. I have been dealing with back issues for such a long time. I had so many surgeries that did not help. nerve damage is the worst, I'm 56 and have had this for 23 years. I got to the point I wanted to just die. then my legs got numb had no feeling at all said I was dehydrated. the cramps were horrific I went from Dr to Dr hospital to hospital. this is keeping me up at night waking me up I cannot get comfortable. I can't work I'm on disability. I'm at my wits end with this. thank you for this. higher power sent me to you.
