There are quite a few tunnels here, but you still get a few glimpses of the river. 3:19:11 - Lovely view from the bridge as we cross the river Namsen at Bunes just north of Grong. From here, the Nordlandsbanen follows the river for about an hour. 4:22:50 - At Smalåsen we cross the county border from Trøndelag to Nordland, and thus enter Northern Norway. 5:07:55 - Trolldalen viaduct has ten spans, is 175 meters long and 40 meters high.
