  Piku is my go-to comfort movie, not a film that can be forgotten with time. Thank you Shoojit and team, especially Juhi for giving us this gem.

  Juhi Chaturvedi is really underrated as a writer , one doesn’t hear about her often even after three amazing movies : Vicky Donor, Piku, and October . She is probably the greatest since Salim-Javed.

  One of the main reasons why Piku remains so special for me is that it re-introduced me to Irrfan as an actor! I instantly fell for Rana..he portrayed, or should I say, gave life to Rana with such ease and charm that I couldn't help but fall for him! Yesterday, I watched Piku after years and I wanted to cry.. brought back so many memories..just the fact that he isn't here anymore still hurts so much :'(  Thank you Shoojit Sircar for choosing Irrfan as Rana. Forever indebted to you <3 He'll always live in our hearts <3

  When I saw Piku for the first time in the theatre, this scene was something completely different. The language changed, the style changed. You can actually see things not actually being in control because Deepika gives it away. But then you look at the improvs from Amitabh Bachchan and Irrfan and how much this dynamic adds on to the storyline. It&apos;s just amazing artistry.<br>Irrfan improvising here is a challenge in itself, due to the sheer brilliance of Amitabh Bachchan, I&apos;d say only Irrfan is capable of doing this. <br>Irrfan is one such actor who never belonged in commercial mainstream Hindi cinema of the 21st century, but was instrumental in bringing this positive change in the mindset of the random cinegoer that content and acting are important in this industry and once that was established he became the king of it. That&apos;s what hurts the most, the fact that he made content driven films mainstream and he won&apos;t be there to reap the fruits of his hardwork.

Intensely introspective and passionate in the extreme, Irrfan Khan endlessly sought to extend his limits, to go higher than himself, a quest that ultimately ended but did not diminish his mystique. <br><br>No stereotypical looks, no six-pack, no fancy dance steps, no love songs, no dynastic claim to a place in Bollywood. It was just talent &amp; a breathtaking screen presence. The Legend will live forever, he is immortal just like his characters in the movies - the greatest actor of our times ❤️

  Now Irrfan sir is no more. This scene comes today to me more aesthetically.<br>It&apos;s common...Director&apos;s actor. Now Soojit i must tell about you ....you are Actor&apos;s Director. So much freedom you give to your soldiers. God bless you.
