Such a talented young man! Love how he stops to pet his beloved dog. Great job your granddad would be so proud.

Simplistic genius. Nothing overly complicated and extraordinarily well done. 👏👏

I remodeled a few homes when I was younger, I sure miss the younger me. I didn’t have much money, but I could climb, jump down from high places, work all day. I didn’t have fresh coconut water but I had sweet tea. Reminds me so much of myself. Enjoy these days, they truly are the best of your life.

The only guy I've seen who cleaned the entire room - ceiling to floor - with water. The level of skills is also admirable!

I prefer to watch these types of renovations than what's on HGTV here you learn how to use items around the yard and for little money. These videos are so relaxing to watch. Very hardworking young man you just made your grandpa proud

For years you didn't visit grandpa and you let him live in horrible conditions, but when he left you his house and for you tube video you become the genius guy who fixes everything. This renovation was needed when an old man was alive.
