  Such an honor and a privledge to be a part of this podcast. My wife and I are continually humbled by how our story and vulnerability is impacting others. Marriage is the model of the Kingdom and family is overflow - we need the tools and the training to do this effectively and in accordance with God&apos;s heart and His Word. All I can say is - Don&apos;t give up, the best is yet to come - Hope is always available to those who are looking for it.

  They hit the nail on the head. I was a weak man; passive, depressed, and trapped in a cycle of feeling unworthy of anything. I drank to cope, and would isolate when “home”. My wife left a year and a half ago. I tried to take my life and woke up just fine. I just knew He saved me for so much more. My heart is still hurting but God has shown me so much and transformed my life in ways I could’ve never imagined. I pray daily for my wife’s healing and one day we’ll be sharing our testimony as a family to help other struggling marriages and lost men.

  It isn&apos;t coincidence this came upon my feed. <br><br>My marriage is struggling and perhaps one sided. That being me. Their hasn&apos;t been any intimacy between us, coming up on 4 years. Health issues on his end and for me over time I&apos;m just not interested. We have a lot of history of pain, including infidelity on his end 25 years ago. I took him back and now here we are.<br>There is just &nbsp;so much more than what I&apos;m sharing here. <br><br>It&apos;s a constant for me. Filling my mind and heart everyday. <br>I have been seeking His direction and trying to understand what&apos;s next for us.<br>Anyone else in this exact situation understands.

  🦋Lord you give me strength. Grant me grace as I struggle to support my children. Both of my sons have special needs. I suffer from lupus and heart disease. Lord guide me as a single mother. Things have been hard since my husband passing. I have not a soul in this world to turn to but you Lord JESUS. Grant me courage to keep going while I struggle to pay rent and to buy groceries for my children🦋

  This was the most transparent conversation about a marriage relationship I’ve ever heard!! I can relate to this so much ! You feel the emotions clearly in the both of them, the hurt, the concern, the cry for help and just the raw process of humbling oneself and becoming one

  That woman thinking she’s not emotional is partly the problem. She has them, she doesn’t express them. She uses the word “think” instead of feel and “compartmentalize” instead of suppress. She is very wounded. I pray for this couple. I pray for that husband.

  The statement of &quot;A REAL MAN learns to live in the tension of Both, does them well and honors God in them&quot; brought tears to my eyes. I been through the fire of that moment and I &quot;Man(ed) Up&quot; (as Dr. Tony Evans book calls us to do)!!!! I been with my wife for 39 years &amp; it&apos;s getting better and better in Jesus name! ❤ 🙏🏽

  Emotions lie. Thought&apos;s we get bombarded with cause these. Hearing God speak above the noise is very difficult. Faith is tested, we pass the test or fail it to have it repeated. I&apos;m getting old at 63 and am still struggling, still trying to overcome. Some days I feel like a complete failure being a man and wishing I was in a better place.

  I pray this video is shared by many people who watch this. Their story is not unique. If we’re honest many couples, especially those in ministry, are facing challenges similar to their journey. Thank you Dr. Evans…keep ‘em comin’!
