Got my Adam Audio A7V Active Monitor 7 couple of days ago and can say that they sound much much better than my old Yamaha HS7 and Genelec 8040 🤘

I use NS-8s in my present studio and used both HS-10 & Tanoy speakers at a prior Post Production Job. I've preferred to use the Yamaha monitors in studio & I still use Yamaha Club series for Live Sound with a Yamaha Digital Console! Great sound and reliable equipment!

Went to my local music store, and after listening to these other brands, I purchased the Yamaha HS7's....they were perfect for my ears...

Bro coming out with the full pre briefing of Office Health & Safety 😅 Appreciate it mate, great review! Been stuck with a twin small desk Logitech setup with a single 10” sub with a stuffed crackly rear jack cord. Defs time to have a look for something else.

For video editing/mixing and general purpose use (music, films) I have a pair of Yamaha HS8s which are very detailed in the mid and high end and complement the lack of low frequencies with a JBL 10'' subwoofer. I also have a pair of HS5s in another room and the JBLs 305 at my home. I believe the best setup for me is the HS8s with the subwoofer, although they are very bulky

I use Tannoy gold 8 monitor as desktop speakers. They are sounding great.
