I too have been frequently checking HD, Lowe’s & Gertens clearance and have found a few great deals!

Your garden is beautiful. I live in the twin cities too.

I have over a dozen amaryllis bulbs that I've kept growing since last year. I have kept them inside the house in front of a south window and under supplemental grow lights as well. I had to put one outside to quarantine it (it got red blotch) and I was really surprised at how much better it grew outdoors. Yours look so vigorous compared to mine that I'm thinking I should have had them outside all summer. I also bring them out of dormancy after Christmas. Ugh, the dead of winter! That's when I really need to plants to tend. Congrats on getting rain! Your gardens are lovely.

I live in Minnesota also, about 2 hours from you on the Mississippi River. I absolutely love sitting down with a cup of tea in my favorite spot in my garden and watching your videos! You have a stunning yard filled with so many beautiful things! You've given me so many ideas for my own yard and garden! Thank you! God bless! ❤

Thank you for the tour. I learned alot about transitioning from fall to winter and over wintering certain plants.

If you take cuttings from almost anything, but let's say your Lantana, pull off the bottom leaves, dip them in rooting hormone, and stick them into the soil, you won't have to buy the clearance plants. It works really well.

Thank you for identifying the Stained Glassworks Presidio Coleus; I can't get seeds but will order from Rosy Dawn Gardens in the spring, to add to my 30 different varieties of coleus (I have lots of shade).

I'm an hour south, zone 4b and I had to pull my Silver Lining artemisia after two seasons because it's so finicky, developing ugly orange rust. But yours look fantastic. What's that spot like? Moist soil? I could never figure out if it need more or less water. Overall my soil is very free draining, but in this particular spot it gets very hard.

zone 5b illinois....your flowers are still looking great...question about your fertilizing....do you water each plant by the pot or do you just use a sprayer with the fertilizer in it.... thank you....enjoy your channel so much...try to find ones that are close to my zone....easier to relate too....
