Huai Wen looks younger in this drama. Maybe it’s an old one. Excellent portrayal of the scumbag husband who betrayed his wife. And it was not to give her a baby because she couldn’t have one after the accident. He kept that relationship going for 6 months and would have continued had she not discovered the affair.<br>I liked this FL. She’s an attractive and good actress. She left him as soon as she discovered his affair. I’m glad she didn’t forgive him; “Once a cheater, always a cheater”.

How can cheaters say such smarmy romantic lies to their partner, it beats me. The husband is top class emotional liar. He betrayed his wife but blames the mistress. The mistress didn't ruin his marriage he did that as soon as he slept with the mistress. Why does he think his wife, crippled or no, wants to care for a baby he had with his mistress after months and months of sexual lies and betrayal.

I think what I like best about this interpretation of this plot is that the husband's relationship is genuinely inexcusable... He blames everyone except himself, but the reality is he screwed himself. The fact that he is so physically beautiful makes the ugliness of his character even starker. <br>I also love the irony of how the parents, in their attempt to pressure him into continue the family line, instead destroyed their entire family, and therefore had no inheritance to pass on to the next generation.
